Welcome to ONE RESIDENCE. We are a family business focused on servicing, selling, and consulting in the boating industry and are also an authorized service center and dealer for Sea-Doo personal watercraft. Our home serves as our base, where we live our passion for the sea and maritime life. Part of the house is rented out to guests who want to experience the Adriatic in a different way — not just from the beach, but also from the deck of a boat or riding a personal watercraft. We are happy to introduce you to this world, offer advice, and hopefully inspire you to fall in love with the sea as much as we have. And if boats and watercraft are not your thing, we will still gladly welcome you and maybe meet you in the evening by the grill in a friendly and pleasant atmosphere. We look forward to meeting you.
